Allan Larson on the right celebrates 10 years with the Co-op on 1/2/26. Allan is the Vice President of HR, IT and Organization Development. Allan has added tremendous value to the Co-op in his 10 years. His calm demeanor and can-do attitude are making a difference every day.
He has unique ability to tie his three roles together to get the best out of every employee. With every changing landscape in HR world and the potential risk in the cyber world, he provides critical thinking to help the team to continue to grow. He is always looking for ways to make the co-op a great place to work.
His leadership skills on transition management are critical as we face many retirements in all our businesses. He is laser focus on developing the next generation of leaders or sourcing new leaders from outside the co-op if needed. His work is critical to building our culture of Power Of One!
